Fully equipped kitchen with dining area . Two bathrooms with toilet one bathtub one shower, hairdryer. Three bedrooms, each with two beds and a closet. Sat TV, WLAN ,iron, radio, washing machine and dryer in the basement. Several parking spaces are available. Special features: Renting only by the week. No pets. The remaining amount is to be transferred to the same account no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. Please contact the landlord. If there are less than 14 days between the day of the conclusion of the contract and the day of the beginning of the rental, the entire amount is to be transferred to the named account immediately after the conclusion of the contract.In case of early departure there is no refund.The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price in case of non-utilization of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the landlord in the amount of 10%.The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.The price includes the provision of bed linen, towels and tea towels and final cleaning. Tourist tax is charged separately according to the municipal statutes and paid by the landlord to the municipality. A deposit is not charged.

The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = € 2. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €. Children and adolescents 7 up to and including 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €. Children up to and including 6 years of age | severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | business travelers = 0 €.
